I am 100 % sure if you follow  my 10 thumb rules you will definately reduce your waight 3kg to 8kg within a months .
First of all check your BMI ( Body mass index) then you will get what should be your ideal weight .

Thumb rule
1. Get up early in the morning before 6 A.M and drink 1 lt luke warm.
for best result  you can mix lemon .

5. Approx 11 AM drink a  Herbal shake

6. Take your lunch according your choice

7. Take dinner at approx 6 or 7 P.M herbal shake ( 5 minute ready product use 200ml chilled milk and 200 ml. water mix herbal life two spoon shake powder and one spoon protein and mix them using sipper or mixy  grinder).
if feel hungry then take only salads.

8.Take sprulina capsule of patanjali

9. Take Afresh before sleeping
